Battle the creatures of myth and legend in Wenlock 93, a retro shooter created for the Reload magazine first ever game jam.
It currently has just one level, but development is ongoing so please check back for updates!
*Edit 28/05/22 - Now includes a second, very rough and in development, level! It's playable from start to finish but it needs a lot of art adding.

I like the game, but the flashing white screen that appears when you pick up some item make me nauseous. Can you please remove it or at least put an option in the menu to remove it? Thanks .
Hi friend! Thanks so much for trying and liking the game, if I remember rightly the screen flash was down to the engine and I wasn't able to change it. I could be totally misremembering that. Either way I probably won't be updating this any further as the engine has now changed developer and I'm not even sure if my original project files would load anymore! This ticked so many boxes for me I can't even begin to describe!! Literally all you need is some music in the background and maybe change up the audio balance in game a little but that's it! If you expand on this at all I will definitely check it out! (This is the first game on the video)
Just finished up and uploaded level 2 if you fancy a go! The big guys are a lot more traumatic to deal with now :D

Thanks, Yes I'm definately going to keep working on it as I've had a blast with it. I'd hoped to get 2-3 levels finished in time but real life did it's thing and took over!
yeah i am only at 1 and a half levels and don't think i'll get past finishing the 2nd one.
