Original Doom Palette As Individual 1px Files

You YES YOU will soon have the original DOOM palette, divided up into individual image files for texturing or whatever.

Labelling works from the top left of the master file to the bottom right, so the jet black is 00 and the weird not-pink/not-brown (we'll call it the gooch colour) after the purples is 255
